My approach to care is a whole health system philosophy. It embodies an integrated approach, encouraging healing on a multi-dimensional level. I focus on Food as Medicine, herbs, supplements, kinesiology, and mental health.
Imagine a connection with someone who will absolutely tell you the truth - the truth about where you are strong, and where you sell yourself short: Someone who knows you can handle the truth and knows that's what you really want. Someone who sees how big you can be and constantly holds that big image for you - even when you can't hold it for yourself.

I met Winn in 2003, I was going through a rough time and looking for someone with "real " gifts of healing and psychic abilities. She did a cleansing at my home, then she did a reading for me. When I first met Elwin, I was seeing a therapist once a week and on 4 different medications for my PTSD and Depression. I have been in and out of therapy for nearly 20 years.
