Medicine Making day, Cold and flu season

Service Description

Join us at the Sanctuary as you learn medicine making for the cold and flu season. Many of us want to rely less on commercial-made medicines and learn to make something we can feel good about providing for our loved ones. Come and join me as you learn to craft age-old recipes that have been passed down through generations of herbalist. In this workshop, we will be focusing on medicine for the winter season. We will be making fire cider, wellness formula, chest rub, elderberry syrup, and cough syrup. What you need to bring; 1 pint of raw honey 2-quart jars with lids 2 pint jar with lid
