Albert Einstein said, " Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another". But what does this truly mean? What happens after we die? Can I communicate with my loved ones? The medical standard of death acknowledges what’s happening in the physical body; they work with the parts of life that can be seen and measured. But there is so much more that happens that currently can not be measured in such a way. Nature-based spirituality and modern consciousness research have shown us a map that we can follow to understand what happens after we die. When you recognize and understand the real soul transformations that happen at the end of life, you can change the pain of grief into the metamorphosis of healing.
